bagport manages the Lost Property Departments at Heathrow airport
When you have lost something at Heathrow airport * or in British Airways' Terminal 5 we work to make sure you get it back. bagport manages the two Lost Property Offices on the airport premises: One office in Terminal 5 (British Airways) and one office in Terminal 3 where all other lost items are being handled.
Searching on the Internet
bagport provides an online search service, where found objects are regularly posted. To search for your missing items, please use our: Search service.
An administration fee of £0 - £20 is charged when the found item is collected. This is to cover the costs of registration, opening hours, and administrative duties.
For large items (e.g. bikes, surfing boards, TVs, suitcases) an additional storage fee will incur. Storage fee will be charged from the 15th day with £ 8.00 per day.
Repatriation – pickup or postal delivery
Passengers may pick up their found items during our office hours from 07:00 to 19:00 (Heathrow Terminal 3 + 5). Of course we also offer mail delivery services. Charges for forwarding and packing will be added upon owner's request.
* Airlines also handled by usBesides Heathrow and the Heathrow Express we also handle lost items of the following airlines that fly to Heathrow:
- Austrian Airlines
- British Airways
- Brussels Airlines
- Swiss International
- Virgin Atlantic
Children will not be charged for lost teddies.
